​My approach is a convergence of my education in Psychology, Trauma-informed Life Skills Coaching, Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner Training and my over two decade of lived and learned experience as a Writer-Director, Performer, Storyteller, Creative Mentor, Entrepreneur, Spiritual seeker & Sound Healing Practitioner.
In my work I weave together Coaching methodology, Creative thinking & Self-expression tools, with Intuitive Sound healing & spiritual practices drawn from ancient wisdom traditions including Tantra, Shamanism, Plant Medicine and Meditation philosophies & techniques from different parts of the world.
